DIRECTIONS: Dampen the Eyeliner Brush and swirl it into the compact to transfer pigment to the brush. Apply to the back of the hand to ensure the consistency is that of shoe polish. If it is too watery, it will transfer on the eye. Apply above and below the lashes on the upper lash line only to create a thin line for more definition. We do not apply liner to the lower lash line.

Mica, Zea Mays Cornstarch, Calcium Silicate, Laureth 4, Sorbitan Sesquioleate, Isopropyl Palmitate, Lanolin, Water, Phenoxyethanol, Polyethyloxazoline, Beeswax, PEG-2M. MAY CONTAIN: Black Iron Oxide, Ultra Marine Blue, Red Iron Oxide, Yellow Iron Oxide.
