GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

- Unopened, unused, or untested merchandise that is re-sellable may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date the order was placed. The client is responsible for the shipping cost to send back. Due to sanitation reasons, used or tested items cannot be resold, therefore we cannot take it back. 

- In warm months, please ship to your office or a place where someone can accept the package. If it sits on your doorstep the creamy products can melt. We do not replace items that melt during shipping or after delivery.

- Once the tracking number says the package was DELIVERED we are no longer responsible for your package. If it gets stolen, we do not send a replacement package since this is out of our control. Please send to a safe place.

- Please allow 1-5 days for your order to leave our warehouse. Although we try to get all orders out same day if placed by Monday - Friday 3:00PM (CENTRAL TIME), sometimes it is an impossible task. Especially during peak times or when we have a special.
