This is a setting powder with medium coverage to be used to set liquid primer and/or foundation. It is not to be worn alone like a foundation powder. It has a smooth, silky finish that doesn't leave the skin feeling dry.

DIRECTIONS: Use the SETTING POWDER BRUSH in a tapping motion over primer and/or foundation to set. After the whole face is set, buff in a circular motion in between the vellus hair for the smoothest application.
