Disappointed

My Papaya lip gloss arrived today. I’m so disappointed. The wand tip is different than past glasses ~ the tip is so weak it literally flops over when you apply the gloss. In addition there is no noticeable color payoff with this pigment. The receipt says no returns with tried-on items (how else would you know if it doesn’t work?), so this is the last time I’ll order any lip product from JK! (2 previous glosses had tube pieces that detached, and JK would not do replacements because it had been a year.) Just boo!
