DIRECTIONS: This eyelid primer is to be applied to the naked eyelid from the lash line through the crease. Do not apply moisturizer or any other product between the skin and this product, or it will crease. Eye base can be worn alone or to allow eyeshadow to stick better for more pigment and an easier blend.
INGREDIENTS: Petrolatum, Kaolin, Beeswax (Cera Alba), Microcrystalline Wax (Cera Microcristallina), Paraffin, Euphorbia Cerifera (Candelilla) Wax, Disteardimonium Hectorite, Sorbitan Sesquioleate, Propylene Carbonate, Tocopherol, Caprylyl Glycol, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499).
