DIRECTIONS: Dampen the Eyeliner Brush and swirl it into the compact to transfer pigment to the brush. Apply to the back of the hand to ensure the consistency is that of shoe polish. If it is too watery, it will transfer on the eye. Apply above and below the lashes on the upper lash line only to create a thin line for more definition. We do not apply liner to the lower lash line.

I am in shock!

I am a makeup junkie, love trying Chanel, Laura Mercier, Lancôme, Tarte, Fenty… all of it. This eyeliner is better than the Laura Mercier cake liner. It absolutely stays in the upper tightline and doesn’t spread to my crease when wearing on my lash line! Absolutely recommend. Previously used Tattoo Liner from KVD but this has my heart.
